Pizza topping: Add powder to 30 ml of water. Stir until completely mixed. Let it sit for 3 minutes.
Pizza dough: Add the powder to 45 ml of water and knead until completely mixed. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a circle of +/- 15 cm. Make the edges of the dough slightly higher. You can further garnish the pizza with 120 kcal (cheese, chicken breast, tuna, vegetables, etc.)
Place the pizza on baking paper and bake the pizza for approximately 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
Then add the garnish and let the pizza bake for another 10 minutes.
