thickener: starch; ground black pepper; parsley.

1 - Empty a packet into a bowl.
2 - Slowly add 80 to 100 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk.
3 - Beat with the whisk or the fork until everything is well dissolved. Add pepper and herbs to taste.
4 - Preheat a non-stick pan and use a drop of olive oil.
5 - Add your mix to the hot pan and cook for about 20 to 30 seconds like scrambled eggs or a regular omelette
(you can put the lid on the pan for the last 10 seconds to let the omelet puff up).
6 - Consume within 10 minutes.
