INGREDIENTS PIZZA DOUGH

Ingredients & Allergens (in bold): Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithins), wheat flour, wheat fibre, powdered egg white and yolk powder, textured wheat proteins (wheat proteins, wheat starch) (contains: sulphites), salt, anti-caking agents: potassium and magnesium carbonates, raising agents: sodium diphosphate and sodium acid carbonate (contains: wheat), flavouring, milk minerals, vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), maltodextrin.


May contain traces of: shellfish, fish, soya, nuts, celery.

INGREDIENTS TOMATO SAUCE


Ingredients & Allergens: Tomato (42.1%), soy proteins, thickener: guar gum, salt, cheese preparation in powder form (whey powder, processed cheese, yeast extract, butter powder, salt, maltrodextrin, milk proteins) (7.4%), flavourings (contain: wheat), herbs (oregano, thyme, basil), garlic, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: rosemary extract.


May contain traces of: egg, fish, nuts and celery.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Pizza tomato sauce: Add powder to 30 ml water. Stir until fully mixed. Let it soak in for 3 minutes.

Pizza dough: Add the powder to 45 ml of water and knead until completely mixed. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin into a circle of /-15 cm. Make the edges of the dough a little higher. You can further garnish the pizza with 120 kcal (cheese, chicken fillet, tuna, vegetables, etc.)

Place the pizza on baking paper and bake the pizza for approx. 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.

Then add the garnish and let the pizza bake for another 10 minutes.
