INGREDIENTS

Ingredients & Allergens (in bold): Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithins), egg white powder, wheat gluten, wheat flour, sucrose, wheat fibre, thickeners: guar and xanthan gum, raising agents: diphosphates and sodium carbonates (contains: wheat), flavourings, salt, milk minerals, vitamins (C, E, B3, A, B5, B12, B6, B1, B2, B9, B8), maltodextrin.


May contain traces of: shellfish, fish, soya, nuts, celery.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Add 75ml of water to a measuring cup, add the pancake mix sachet and mix until smooth. Cook the pancake in a non-stick frying pan over low heat. No oil or butter is needed. Top the pancake with 20g of cheese or 20g of bacon for some extra calories.
