Pizza topping: Add powder to 30 ml of water. Stir until fully mixed. Let it sit for 3 minutes.
Pizzadough: Add the powder to 45 ml of water and knead until fully mixed. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a circle of +/- 15 cm. Make the edges of the dough slightly higher. You can further garnish the pizza with 120 kcal (cheese, chicken breast, tuna, vegetables, etc.).
Place the pizza on baking paper and bake the pizza for approximately 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
Then add the toppings and bake the pizza for another 10 minutes.
